Deadline(s)

If you intend to advertise together with another brand, we must be notified of this no later than 4 weeks before the start of the campaign to ensure delivery of the reserved campaign.

In order to get your campaign approved by Salling Group (see Other notes further down), you must send your layout in a low-res file with all the motifs, at the latest 15 days before the start of the campaign. Please send the approval request to campaignmanagement@clearchannel.dk. Name the file: Order number_Customer_week(s)_media and write that your e-mail is in regards to approval by Salling Group.

Adshel Supermarket Group of 3 must be booked 2 weeks at a time and starts in odd weeks.

If you have chosen printing through Clear Channel:

File(s) must be sent to Clear Channel no later than at 8 AM, 7 working days before the start of the campaign.


If you have chosen to print yourself: 

Completed printed material must be delivered to Clear Channel no later than at 7 AM, 4 working days before the start of the campaign.

At the latest at 8 AM, 7 working days before the campaign start, you must send a low-res file (all motifs) of the campaign layout in an e-mail to campaignmanagement@clearchannel.dk. This is in order to secure correct posting, execution and quality on your campaign. Please name the file: Order number_Client_Campaign week_Media and write that it is about the campaign layout and the posting of the campaign.

 

Format

  • Document format: H153 x W103 cm.
  • Any ground must be printed to bleed.

Visible area

  • Showing format: H150 x W100 cm.
  • Text and images must be placed within showing format.

Material

If you have chosen printing through Clear Channel:

  • PDF in 1:1.
  • Resolution: min. 150 dpi.
  • File(s) must contain cropmarks. Bleed: 5 mm.
  • Colours: Convert all colours to CMYK – Coated Fogra39.

If you have chosen to print yourself: 

  • Serigraphy or offset on wet-strength paper with a blue background, 115-125 g/m2 of narrow lane (for instance Blue Screen Mural or Chantaffiche 250).
  • Convert all colors to CMYK – Coated Fogra39.


Marking:

All originals must be marked with the campaign name, week and design designation (A, B, C etc.). Place the marking in the space between the print area and the visible area in two positions: horizontally in the top right and vertically in the bottom right (see outline). Write the marking in uppercase and so that the text is around 1 cm high at full size.

If you have more than one motive, remember to send us a distribution request. Enclose an illustration of the layout including a mock-up and/or description of posting instructions (such as A-B-C, left-middle-right or similar).

If you have chosen to print yourself: 

Delivery of print-ready material
Posters are to be delivered flat balanced and trimmed to format.

Delivery note must include:
• Customer name.
• Campaign week(s).
• Number of posters.
• Illustration of layout.
• Number of motives – if multiple motives, posters must be delivered with clear separation – each motif on each pallet – labeling period – all in one package. Enclose an illustration of the layout including a mock-up and/or description of posting instructions (such as A-B-C, left-middle-right or similar).

 

Other notes

Approval by Salling Group
All material must be approved by Salling Group. Salling Group does not allow price messages on the material. With time-limited activities, it is recommended that the date appears visible and clear on the material. Salling Group does not allow content from competing supermarkets, malls or retail chains, and items that is not sold in Salling Group supermarkets can not be promoted. The exceptions can be non competing services (like car wash) and cars, insurance, etc. All of these, no matter the product or service, require approval by Salling Group.
