1. Format and original

  • Document format: H153 x W103 cm.
  • Any ground must be printed to bleed.
  • Showing format: H150 x W100 cm.
  • Text and images must be placed within showing format.Print-ready file(s)
  • PDF in 1:1.
  • Resolution: min. 150 dpi.
  • Files must contain cropmarks. Bleed: 5 mm.
  • Colours: Convert all colours to CMYK – Coated Fogra39.

2. Approval 

Approval by Salling Group
All material must be approved by Salling Group. Salling Group does not allow price messages on the material. With time-limited activities, it is recommended that the date appears visible and clear on the material. Salling Group does not allow content from competing supermarkets, malls or retail chains and items that is not sold in Salling Group supermarkets can not be promoted. The exceptions can be cars, insurance, etc. and not competing services. All of which requires prior approval by Salling Group.

IMPORTANT! In order to secure correct posting, execution and quality on your campaign you must send a low-res file (all motifs)
of the campaign layout.  Please send it 15 working days before campaign start to

Do you use co-branding? If you intend to advertise together with another brand, we must be notified of this no later than 4 weeks before the start of the campaign to ensure delivery of the reserved campaign

3. Delivery

Upload print-ready file(s) below and name the file as the following: Order number_Client_Campaign week_Media

Enclose a illustration of layot including a mock-up and/or description of posting instructions (such as A-B-C, left-middle-right or similar).

4. Posting

Please notice that the standard posting-period is Sunday at 18.00 prior to campaign start – until Tuesday 23.59. Dismantling will be completed latest Tuesday after end of the campaign.
