Deadline(s)
Print ready files: All files must be uploaded to Clear Channel at the latest 15 working days before the start of the campaign.
Digital material must be uploaded at least 3 days prior to campaign start. NB. For HTML solutions material must be delivered minimum 10 working days before campaign start.
Format
This package consist of six different formats:
- Glass Railing Concourse + Plateau.
- Foil around screens.
- Escalator Foil.
- Platform Screen Doors.
- Adshel.
- Metro Play Adshel: View the digital specification here.

Print ready files
General
- Base color must be bled to the edges.
- All images, Pantone and RGB colours must be converted to CMYK – Coated Fogra39.
- All text must be vectorized.
Glass Railing Concourse + Platform
- Layout must be delivered in a 1:1 scale
- Min. Resolution is 100 dpi.
- If different design on each side, both design are to be included in one file according to numbered sections.
- File must contain crop marks and 10mm bleed.
- Documents must delivered in a single print proof PDF file containing all pages in correct order.
Foil around screens
- Layout must be delivered i a 1:10 scale.
- Minimum resolution is 500 dpi.
- File must include cropmarks and 1 mm bleed.
- The “Sign” areas are not foiled, so it is not recommended to put text or logo in these areas.
- Documents must be delivered as print proof PDF files.
Escalator Foil
- The layout must be made in the scale 1:10.
- Min. Resolution is 1000 dpi.
- Layout (text and illustration) are not to overlap at the jointed areas of the foil modules. Is this nonetheless, potential mismatches are at your own risk.
- The file must include crop marks and 1 mm bleed.
- Deliver PDF file in high resolution with cropmarks.
Adshel
- Layout must be delivered in a 1:1 scale.
- Min. Resolution is 150 dpi.
- File must contain crop marks and 5mm bleed.
- Convert all colors to CMYK – Coated Fogra39.
Platform Screen Doors
- Layout must be delivered in a 1:1 scale.
- Min. Resolution is 100 dpi.
- File must contain crop marks and 10mm bleed.
- We advice that all text and logos are placed min. 100 mm from the edge.
- Documents must be delivered in a single print proof PDF file containing 41 pages in correct order.
Delivery notes
Name your files like this:
Order number_customer name_campaign_week(s)_format(s)_design number. For instance: 72445_Pride_Vinterfestivalen_3-4_PlatformScreenDoors_1. Design number is used if you have more than one design.
Please do not use æ, ø or å in the file name.
